Production manager - full time
The Production Manager coordinates the day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations of Butler Coffee Lab. This role helps ensure production is organized, employees understand daily priorities, materials are available, inventory is accurate, and work moves efficiently from production through packaging.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing into operations or management.

Production lead - part time
The Production Lead provides hands-on leadership on the production floor at Butler Coffee Lab. This role helps ensure employees understand their daily assignments, production work is completed accurately and efficiently, and team members receive the training and support needed to succeed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable giving direction, and wants to develop leadership experience in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
