2025 has been a year of real momentum for Butler Coffee Lab.
We expanded our sales footprint and secured new grant funding to strengthen our workforce training program.
Current Impact:
• 5 production employees, 4 of whom identify as having a disability
• More than 72 hours each week of paid, inclusive employment and hands-on training
2026 Vision:
• Enroll 12 new participants in our Pathways Program
• Ensure at least 75 percent of participants identify as having a disability or barrier to employment
